Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 8th Sep, 2026

Growthzi ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal and non-personal information from you in the following ways:

  • Personal Information: Such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, or other identifiers when you sign up, fill out forms, subscribe to services, or contact us.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website and Services, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and referral sources.
  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies: Small data files placed on your device to enhance your browsing experience, remember preferences, and analyze website performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and improve our Services.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates, support, and promotions.
  • Personalize your experience on our platform.
  • Conduct analytics and research to improve website functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers & Partners: With contractors, partners, and third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Services, provided they adhere to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Compliance: When required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, subpoenas, or government requests.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Protection of Rights: Where necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, protect our rights, or safeguard users' safety.

4. Third-Party API Services (Google, Meta)

Growthzi integrates with third-party platforms so you can manage your business presence from one place. When you connect a third-party account (for example, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Facebook Page, or Instagram Business account), we access data through that platform's official APIs solely to provide the specific features you have enabled in your Growthzi dashboard.

Google API Services. When you connect your Google account, we may read your business profile information, photos, opening hours, customer reviews, and performance insights, and (with your explicit authorization) publish posts, reply to reviews, and update profile fields on your behalf. If you connect Google Search Console, we read the search performance data for the websites you own or manage there, whether they are built on Growthzi or hosted elsewhere (search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, and average position per page), to identify pages that are losing clicks and to suggest improved page titles and meta descriptions. We may also fetch the public HTML of those pages to read their current title and description. Nothing is changed on a Growthzi-hosted website until you approve it in your dashboard, and for websites hosted elsewhere you make the change yourself. When a change goes live, we may submit the updated page URL and your sitemap to Google so it is recrawled promptly. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:

  • Use Google API data only to provide or improve the user-facing features you have enabled.
  • Do not use Google API data for serving advertisements.
  • Do not sell Google API data or transfer it to third parties for advertising, credit-worthiness, or resale purposes.
  • Do not allow humans to read Google API data unless (a) you have given explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or (c) it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) API Services. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we use Meta's Graph API only to publish posts you have generated or approved, read post-level engagement metrics, and list the accounts you manage. We do not access your personal social feed, direct messages, or friends list. We do not use Meta data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Revocation and deletion. You can disconnect any third-party integration at any time from your Growthzi dashboard. When you disconnect, we immediately revoke our OAuth token with the provider and delete the associated credentials from our systems. Cached business data derived from the integration (posts we have already published, past insights, prior reviews, search performance snapshots, and the record of page changes you approved) is retained only as long as needed for your account history and audit trail, and is deleted on request when you close your Growthzi account.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Remember user preferences and settings.
  • Improve website performance and security.
  • Provide personalized recommendations.
  • Analyze traffic through tools like Google Analytics or equivalent services.

You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or manage cookies, but this may limit some functionality of our website.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, please note that no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Request corrections or updates to your data.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
